On most Sundays, as part of the 9.30 am Parish Communion service we provide crèche, Sunday School and Junior Church facilities for children from a few months old to early teens. The children meet at the front of church at the start of the service (at the end of the first hymn), and then after a few words from the vicar or curate, they go off to their own groups for worship and teaching. They rejoin the service in time to receive a blessing during the Holy Communion.
On Family Service Sundays, the children remain in church for all-age worship (in which they often take part). However, the Trinity Corner and Ivel Room are still available for parents with small children, if required.
For more information see Families at St Andrew's.
For further details on any of the groups, please contact the Youth Coordinator.
Crèche
A crèche facility is provided during the 9.30 am Parish Communion service on Sunday mornings, and at some other special services. We aim to provide a safe and pleasant environment for the children from birth to 4 years and we have a good selection of toys available. This gives their parents a chance to enjoy the majority of the service without any distractions.
If you would like to make use of the crèche, please bring your child to the Ivel Room at the end of the first hymn.

Sunday School / Junior Church
The Sunday School and Sunday Morning 10+ group meet on Sunday mornings in the Chapter House during the 9.30 am Parish Communion Service. We provide Christian teaching for children of all ages in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Different age groups are catered for, with appropriate material for each group. A typical session will include a Bible story, art or craft, and some lively action songs too! Visitors are most welcome.
