Holiday Club is a major attraction for many children in our community, consisting of a one-day spring event and a four-day summer event. Children aged between 5 and 12 years old are guaranteed an event packed with a range of exciting activities – singing, drama, arts & crafts, games, sports and dance, all with a Christian theme.
The four-day summer event is attended by around 160 children. For the first three days, the children enjoy themed activities in and around the church. On the fourth day there is a trip to a local attraction. The whole event concludes with a special Family Service on the following Sunday.
Groups are led by CRB-registered volunteers who give up their free time to provide a fun-packed and joyous occasion for the children. Holiday Club is a non-profit-making event and there is a nominal charge for the children, to cover the materials, infrastructure and cost of the trip.
